In the course of his life, Flay has experienced three marriages. He was with chef Debbie Ponzek from 1991 to 1993. Two years later, he married Kate Connelly in 1995. They had a daughter named Sophie in 1996. Unfortunately, they separated in 1887. Flay then tied the knot with actress Stephanie March in 2005, but their marriage ended in 2015 after ten years together.
Christina Perez was previously connected with Flay. Their relationship started in November 2021, but they parted ways in June 2024.
Previously, Flay openly discussed the possibility of tying the knot for a fourth time in the coming years.
